TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms: Net 15 days on approved credit. An interest charge of 1.% per month (18% per year) will apply on all overdue accounts. Credit cards are accepted.

Prices: Subject to change without notice.

Freight: All fabric and custom fabrication orders including Fashion Wrap System, Tab Trend and Athena Fold, and Fashion Verticals are F.O.B. Minneapolis. Packages damaged in shipment should be refused. Please call our office and advise us of this. Packages received damaged must be claimed with the carrier.

Minimum: There is a minimum freight and handling fee of $5.00.

Restocking Charges: 25% on all fabric orders. Cut orders 3 yards and under are not returnable.

C.O.D.: C.O.D. shipments are subject to a freight carrier-handling fee of $10.00.

Credit Past Due: When an account is past due, orders will not be shipped until the account is current. New orders from past due accounts will be shipped C.O.D. with account balance added.

NSF Checks: A $25.00 charge will be assessed covering the cost of NSF service fees charged by the financial institution on the dishonored check.

Collection: Past due accounts are turned over to a collection agency. Purchaser will be responsible for all collection fees.

Cancellation of Custom Fabricated Products: Custom orders cannot be canceled once manufacturing has commenced, usually within one week, from receipt of order. Rush orders cannot be canceled. Returns cannot be accepted and remain the customers responsibility. Custom made products may not be returned if the finished product was fabricated to customers specifications.
