Custom fabrication orders are F.O.B. Minneapolis. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced, usually one week from receipt of order. Returns cannot be accepted and remain the customer's responsibility. Custom made products may not be returned if the finished product was fabricated to customer specifications.
