GENERAL INFORMATION

Washable: All Albert’s Window Fashions (AWF) laces, sheers, casements, satins, printed fabrics, fabric verticals and headings are washable. We recommend laundering by hand using a mild detergent and hanging damp on their tracks to dry. Do not use a dryer for any of our fabrics. All of our fabrics may be dry cleaned as well if so desired.

Samples: All samples are generous cuttings of fabric on hangers. They are priced per sample to allow you the flexibility of choosing the patterns that you prefer to sell. Wall hangers and floor racks are also available.

Displays: Displays are very important to your success in selling AWF window treatments. We offer both portable and wall displays of all our products at 20% discount from your regular price.

Sales: We offer you two 3-week sale periods per year. Notify us in advance with the dates of your choice. The sale discount is 10% on fabric and custom fabrication, and 5% on Fashion Verticals.

Ordering Information: All fabrics are sold by the cut yard or bolt of approx. 30 to 50 yards. All laces are cut on the pattern repeat. You need to consider this when calculating yardage. You may specify the number of repeats when ordering. This is especially important on patterns with a large pattern repeat.

C.O.M.: AWF’s workroom accepts C.O.M. orders. There is no additional charge on "customer’s own material” orders.

Guarantee: AWF guarantees all products and workmanship to be acceptable by industry standards.

Returns: All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. No claims are allowed after you have cut goods. Call for permission before returning any products for credit.

Delivery: Cut yardage orders are sent the following day. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for completion on all custom fabrication orders. Vertical orders require 2 weeks for delivery.

Rush Orders: Custom orders (shipped within 2 weeks) are available at a 10% additional cost. (Rush orders are not available on discounted sale orders.)
